RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method following inspection and approval.
30 DAYS
STORE CREDIT
After the initial 7-day period, eligible products may still be returned for Voyageur 1976 store credit within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a voluntary return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition.
- All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required.
- The request must be submitted within the applicable return period.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return eligibility periods begin on the date your order is delivered or collected in-store. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for change-of-mind returns after the initial 7-day period.
Promotional & Final Sale Items
Promotional, clearance, and final sale items are excluded from our standard change-of-mind return and exchange policy unless otherwise specified. This does not affect any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
